Hey,
I decided to download Razer Synapse 3.0 then too took Razer Environment 7.1.
But when i went on razer surround 7.1 they asked more for an activation code, i don't have the box of my headset anymore. I thererefore decided to annals my Kraken Pro V2 on Razer ID merely like information technology is said on the website. I received an email of confirmation but no activation code.

Where and how can i get this code for my headset ? I looked it up and never found a solution...
Possibly the Kraken Pro v2 can't do environs vii.1 ?

I have the exact same problem. It used to piece of work on razer synapse two.0 on my old cumputer but at present I can't go a code or utilise environment sound whatever.
I'm curious too, cuz I was thinking of getting the Kraken at some point.
Same with me. I had to download the legacy 2.0, an former one ( and it's not working in win10 ver 2004 ).

You should yet accept the Razer environs Pro activation code in your email account, simply the seven.1 surround needs a different (new) one. I haven't received a replacement code either. If they discontinued Surround Pro they should at least give us a replacement.
I was told by a support manager that if yous run an instance of bluestacks on your PC with the Razer Environs, it works once again. I tried that out and it's true. While bluestack is open up, the environment sound stays normal and usable similar nil happened and i'thousand using it like this until they find a ready for it.
